Abstract
Clincal History:
60 year female presented with
C/o anorexia and weight loss x 3 months
C/o pain over left side of abdomen, dull aching, not radiating/referred, no aggravating/relieving factors
c/o low grade fever, daily occurring, no association with time
C/o epigastric swelling, spontaneously decreasing in size on lying down, becomes prominent on straining, painless, but doesn’t disappear completely
