Abstract
To classify earl and advanced gastric cancer based on endoscopic appearance
When there is a combination of types of early gastric cancer, the type that occupies the largest area should be described first
In the case where the lesion has twice the thickness of normal mucosa it should be typed 0-1
If it has less than twice the thickness of normal mucosa, it should be typed 0-IIa
