• 14 yrs girl presenting with c/o pain in RIF off and on since 1 month, acutely increased since 3-4 days
• Vomiting, fever with decreased appetite since 3-4 days
• On abdominal Examination – Tenderness at Mcburneys point, No guarding or rebound tenderness

• 35 year lady
• Right hypochondriac pain with nausea since 2-3 months.
• No weight loss
• P/A- Unremarkable

• 54 years hypertensive patient presenting with c/o dyspnoea on exertion for 1 yr, increased since 4 days
• Right hypochondriac pain on pressure since 4 days.
• Increased frequency of stools (4-5 times, semisolid) since 20 yrs.
• No Past H/O Trauma

Case History

• A 23 years old female patient presented with
• C/o - Lower abdominal pain off & on x 3 yrs
• Pain radiating to back
• Vomiting off & on associated with pain
• Constipation
• No H/o Fever, Diarrhoea, Weight loss

• A 34 year male
• Presented with recurrent perianal fistula for one year
• recent onset of bleeding from fistula for 3 days
• H/o chronic constipation
• No other past medical or surgical history

• 60 year female presented with
• C/o anorexia and weight loss x 3 months
• C/o pain over left side of abdomen, dull aching, not radiating/referred, no aggravating/relieving factors
• c/o low grade fever, daily occurring, no association with time
• C/o epigastric swelling, spontaneously decreasing in size on lying down, becomes prominent on straining, painless, but doesn’t disappear completely

• A 29 years male
• Presented with complaint of orthopnea
• History of progressive dysphagia for one month
• Able to take liquids only
• Symptoms aggravation for last 3 days
• Associated with high grade fever
• No weight loss

• 74 year old lady, alright a month ago
• Developed c/o post prandial abdominal heaviness and recurrent vomiting
• Vomiting is typically after meals, containing food particles, nonbilious, projective
• There is no c/o abdominal pain, fever, jaundice
• No positive medical or surgical past history

1. 15 year old male presented with occasional non-bilious, projectile vomiting

3. Which gets aggravated after meal
4. Associated with postprandial heaviness in upper abdomen
5. Complaints started 5 years ago and gradually increasing in severity

• A 69 year diabetic male
• Presented with right upper quadrant abdominal pain for 2 days
• No jaundice at the time of presentation.
• H/O Common bile duct (CBD) stone with obstructive jaundice in June 1996 which was treated elsewhere with ERC clearance of CBD and stenting
• Patient doesn’t remember if stent was removed
